today was rather unproductive.
my muscles ached badly today :(
&i had cheena tuition!
which was unusually boring .

i learnt a very impt lesson yesterday,
dont ever eat chilli before training.
hahaha, SMART me,
despite tat's & janice's warning,
i went and had chilli with my lunch.

MY TIMING SUCKS MORE NOW.
it just keeps DROPPING.
&dropping. : (

yesterday,
th kellock training which i was only a few minutes late for.
was surprising, because i went there,
with th idea that we were going there TO TRAIN THEM,
but my feelings were cheated!
we went there to train OURSELVES,
so everything we did was with a frigging medicine ball.
thank god it was soon over.
thn we went to tiong to eat (:

YUMYUM, lunch was satisfying.
: D thn we went off to sch!
FOR TRAINING,
thank god it wasnt burning hot,
there was LIGHTNING &thunder.
BUT no rain. WOW huh.
i love training in th hall (:
drills were tiring though.
i was made to run up& down like some idiot.
i swear, it was bloody tiring.
