overslept today.
didnt go fer training.
nearly died of shock when i woke up.

then i messaged coach.
then isabelle called me.
she's damn funny larh.
she was like sorry to wake yer up.

so anyways.
today has been the
most boring and slacky day fer me.
all i actually did was
